The Idaho Real Estate Commission pre-license education currently consists of two 45-hour LIVE sections (Module 1 & Module 2) for a total of 90 hours of pre-license education courses. These two modules that make up the idaho real estate pre license course are required to obtain a new sales associate license in the state of Idaho. These courses must be taken within the three (3) years preceding the application date.
